By taking a well-rounded approach using functional strength movements, mobility, striking, and flexibility, we are able to create balance, maintain enthusiasm, and build a practitioner's wellness IQ.
As a corrective exercise specialist, my goal is to guide my clients toward restoring alignment and gaining mobility. I have an understanding the human body, specifically the spine and how each aspect of it has its specific function. Whether its lower and upper body multi-joint movement analysis, I'm confident I can get you back on the road to feeling better than you ever have before.

Moon Ameen's entire life has been to the rhythm of health and fitness, and he has a myriad of personal and professional experiences that have shaped his approach to fitness and wellness.
From teaching Muay Thai and mobility to providing fitness assessments, and bespoke training regimens for both children and adults, Moon has a passion for working with anyone, with any skill levels who is interested in increasing their energy and endurance, sharpening their appearance, boosting their confidence and developing a more positive outlook on life.
His childhood was steeped in music, dance, sports and fitness:
Music & Dance: As a child he studied trumpet, clarinet, saxophone and piano. More recently he's begun studying congas, salsa, as well as the music of Afro-Latino and Afro-Caribbean cultures. He infuses these interests into his passion for fitness and use the music and rhythms to help motivate his students. He's an experienced salsa dancer as well. He's bilingual (English/Spanish) and has traveled to Argentina, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Cuba, and Spain.
Sports & Fitness: He played baseball, football, and championship basketball from elementary through high school, and has been training in the art of Muay Thai boxing for the past 20 years. Through sports, he has also experienced fitness in the realm of medical intervention, support and rehabilitation. As a high school student he had surgery and physical therapy to repair a torn ACL. He has learned how to rehab lower back sprains and shin splints as well. His injuries taught him that a consistent fitness regimen is critical to living a healthy and productive life.
Moon's both personal and professional experiences align with the values and vision of those interested in improving in the area of health and wellness and he looks forward to the opportunity to become a part of your health and wellness team.
